• Preschool Choir
Wednesdays, Begins September 3 ▪ 6:30 PM ▪ Children’s Building
Classes are available for children 2 years thru Kindergarten. Join us as we are introduced to the joys of music and worship as we sing and pray to our Lord. Preschool Choir will center around the Christmas musical “Celebrate the Gift” which will be performed on December 7. Children must turn two before September 1 to participate in choir.
• Elevate Jr. Preschool Worship
Sundays, Begins September 21
6:00 PM ▪ Owens Building
This service will teach Biblical principles using praise, prayer, discipleship and worship, through Bible study, music and games. Elevate Kids for kids 1st thru 6th grade. Elevate Jr. for 2 years thru kindergarten. 
• Children’s Choir
Wednesdays, September-December ▪ 6:30 PM ▪ Owens Building
Our goal is to instill the love for praising the Lord and glorifying His name through music, drama instruction, and foot praise. Kid’s music is infused with Scripture, traditional hymns, and modern worship. Fall’s focus will be preparation for our Christmas Musical Presentation, “Celebrate the Gift” on December 7. Auditions for Christmas performance are at 6:30 PM on September 24 and October 1.
Preteens (5th & 6th Grade)
• Preteen Boys Bible Study
Wednesdays ▪ 6:30 PM ▪ th’ Zone
Continuing this fall, includes small group activities, fellowship, & worship.
• Route 56 Preteen Discipleship Class 
Sundays ▪ 6:00 PM ▪ th’ Zone
Route 56 stands for “Reaching Out Unto The Earth” and 5th and 6th grade. This study is only for preteens who are serious about developing their leadership skills and are committed to studying God’s Word and being on missions for Him. A covenant outlining expectations for preteens is now available at the Children’s Ministry Board. It, along with a copy of their testimony, must be completed and preteens must be approved before they may begin the class. Elevate Kids Worship Service is offered for preteens not participating.

Toy Drive for Hispanic Church Missions
Now thru December 10
Our Children’s Choir is collecting new toys for the Hispanic Church Christmas Toy Drive. Toys will be distributed to families in Wilson County at an event that will present the Gospel. Please bring unwrapped new toys for children ages birth-12 years old to the Main Lobby, Children’s Building or Owens Building by Wednesday, December 10.

Children Perform at Pavilion Nursing Home
December 10 ▪ 5:45 PM ▪ Pavilion Nursing Home
Blessing The Pavilion:  Join us as we share some of our Christmas musical selections with residents at the Pavilion Skilled Nursing Home. We will meet in the nursing home lobby at 5:45 p.m.
Our Children’s Choir Christmas party will follow in the Owens Building.

Lottie Moon Sweet Shop
December 7, 10, and 14 ▪ After Evening Services
Our Children’s Ministry will be sponsoring the “Lottie Moon Sweet Shop” on Sunday and on Wednesday evenings. After each service, cookies will be available in the Main Lobby, Owens Building, and LIFE Center. All proceeds will go to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Contact Angelia Jones or Tara Christian for information on how to participate in this mission project.

Lincolns for Lottie
Begins December 7 ▪ Sunday School Classes
Each Sunday School class in the Children’s and Preschool Departments will be collecting “Lincolns” for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering® this December. Families are encouraged to give coins (pennies) and bills ($5) on which Abraham Lincoln appears. We want to be a part of our church reaching its goal for the missions offering this year.


 WEE Logo

WEE is a preschool offering a Biblically–based, academically challenging program for children one year thru pre-k. We meet August through May on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 8:30 AM- 12:30 PM.


Special emphasis in:

   ⇒ Bible Stories & Scripture

   ⇒ Music
   ⇒ Learning Centers (blocks, home living, nature, etc.)
   ⇒ Creative art activities and crafts
   ⇒ Handwriting
