2. A person who stands in the path of sinners.
3. A person who sits in the seat of mockers.

II. The path that leads to happiness. (vs. 2)

1. He delights in God’s word.
2. He meditates on God’s word.

III. The benefits of the happy life. (vs. 3-6)

1. Stability
2. Productivity
3. Protection
