Mobilizing People for the Mission of Jesus
IBC Missions exists to mobilize Immanuel to make disciples in Wilson County and around our world. Our desire is to see a people in every nation, tribe, and tongue become worshippers of the one true God and then sent out, like us, to make more worshippers - more disciples of Jesus. We believe God can begin a disciple-making movement in Wilson County that is spread to the ends of the earth.
IN WILSON COUNTY
We begin in our community by mobilizing the our people to display and proclaim the gospel to the lost and hurting in Wilson County. We do so by equipping our people to live as ambassadors in their everyday lives, along with sending them to serve our local schools and other strategic partners.
AROUND THE WORLD
Then, we mobilize our people to make disciples and multiply churches to the ends of the earth. We do so by assessing, equipping, and sending potential long-term goers, along with partnering with strategic church planters and long-term missionaries both here in the US and around the world.

Mobile Food
Pantry
Mobile Food Pantry is held quarterly and is a great way to serve the local community. The dates for 2026 are February 28th, May 30th, July 25th, and August 29th.
Good News
Club
Good News Club is a weekly Christian after school program for Kindergarteners through 5th graders. Attendees learn about God’s plan of salvation through weekly Bible lessons, songs, memory verses, missionary stories, and games. They’re also given opportunities to respond to the Gospel.
Serve
Days
Serve Days are held periodically as a way to show up for our community through volunteering our time, labor, and attention.
Salt + Light
Missions House
The Salt + Light Missions House collects and distributes non-perishable food items, clothing, and more to the local community. Needs are communicated monthly to ensure that the ministry is adequately stocked with resources for those in need.
Reading
Bubble
Join us in partnering with Castle Heights Elementary and Everyone’s Wilson to read with students through the Reading Bubble Program. Volunteers are needed to read with students for 30 minutes a week. Training and materials are provided.

Woman's Missionary Union
The Woman's Missionary Union (WMU) provides resources for discipleship in regards to missions and ways to support missionaries, mission fields, and get involved yourself.
