I. How we were created. (Genesis 1:26-27)

1. We were created in the image of God.
2. Our identity came with our creation.
   • We were created with purpose.
   • We were created with distinction.

II. We lost sight of our identity. (Genesis 3:7-12)

1. We lost our innocence.
2. We lost our confidence.
3. We lost our purpose.

III. So where does that leave us?

1. We are born searching for an identity we once had.
2. Satan will get you to bear any other image but God.
3. Our identity is restored when we are redeemed by Jesus. (Colossians 1:15-22)
